Reservation Conditions and Restrictions

Reservations must be requested via email at [email protected] or WhatsApp at 3205263188, at least 2 days in advance. PASEO VALLENATO TOUR commits to confirming availability in writing via the email through which the request was made.

Clauses and Responsibilities

Any confirmation, modification, variation, cancellation and/or update regarding each reservation will be made via the email: [email protected]
The operating agency is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings, as these are the direct responsibility of the tourist.
Events are subject to availability.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Cancellation 15 business days before the start of the plan incurs a 20% penalty.
Cancellation 8 business days before the start of the plan incurs a 50% penalty.
Cancellation less than 3 business days before the start of the plan incurs a 100% penalty.
Once the tour has begun, the non-use of any service or abandonment of the tour will not result in any refund.
Paseo Vallenato Tour shall not be liable nor provide any refund or postponement for services not used, or in the event the tourist fails to show up or arrives late at the date, time and place indicated in the reservation confirmation.
If the tourist checks out of the hotel before the previously confirmed date, the refund will be subject to the policy of the hotel where the accommodation took place.
PASEO VALLENATO TOUR has the authority to remove from the tour anyone who, for a serious proven moral or disciplinary reason, threatens the success of the tour; in which case the user shall not be entitled to a refund for the value of the tourist services not enjoyed.
In the event of a family emergency or other force majeure event, duly certified, an alternative new date for the event will be offered.
In the event of an accident or force majeure (in accordance with the provisions of Article 45 of the Civil Code), the operating agency will deduct 12% of the amount paid, equivalent to the administrative expenses incurred.

Customer Responsibility

To carry valid documentation such as a passport, visas, travel authorizations, minor registration, among others. PASEO VALLENATO TOUR shall not be responsible for any damages or losses that may occur due to lack of documents or their validity.
To take care of all personal belongings and luggage.
To be punctual at the stipulated time for the contracted services.
PASEO VALLENATO TOUR is exempt from all responsibility in cases such as flight cancellations or delays, airport closures, road closures, closures of tourist sites, whether due to climate change or a decision by the site management, and for all those activities beyond the direct management of the program or modifications made for the benefit of the traveler.

To commit to and agree to follow the instructions of the guides in charge of the operation; failure to comply will result in removal from the activity without the option of a refund or postponement. The authority of the guides shall not be questioned under any circumstances by any of the tourists, nor shall their capacity and professional judgment to make a decision for the safety of the individual or the group be doubted.

Responsibility of the Providers

The providers selected by the company will fully comply with the products and services that were contracted. They will also ensure the well-being of the tourist, advise them, and resolve any doubts they may have about the service, as well as any issues that may arise during the use of the contracted services.
To provide and fulfill the traveler’s medical assistance policy when required.
The selected providers have the authority to remove passengers from the contracted services for a serious, proven moral or disciplinary reason.

Notifications

All notifications, requirements, requests, and other communications to be made by the parties in relation to these General Terms and Conditions must be made in writing, sent using the email that each party indicates to the other.

Industrial Property and Copyright

PASEO VALLENATO TOUR is the sole owner and proprietor of the domain, website content, graphic and audiovisual material, texts, distinctive signs, trademarks, logos, industrial designs, and other intellectual property elements contained on the site. Unauthorized use is considered a violation of current national and international regulations regarding Industrial Property and Copyright.
Paseo Vallenato Tour products are for the exclusive use of Paseo Vallenato Tour.
